Painting with Light

Settings used:
F stop: 7.1

ISO: 800

Shutter Speed: 10 sec

Questions:

 1. Lower F stop made it so the background was blurrier

2. Higher F stop made background more focused

3. Slow movements with the light made the pictures come out sharper and made the lights seem more colored and brighter

4. I would have maybe made the shutter speed a bit quicker because sometimes we risked the lights bleeding through where it was not intended to.
