1. I would rate this process at a 5/10 for difficulty, depending on the image. Trying to get the perfect editing and cropping can be a bit annoying as you have to test many possible combinations, but usually you can get it fast if you know what to use. 

2. Using "Auto" for the camera raw filter usually helped my pictures to turn out the best with the least amount of work.
